just came back from visiting my mom's grave in the afternoon. man, the place was damn hot. but hey, i manage to hold on. the journey was long and tedious with the hot afternoon sun bathing the pathway to the silent yet intimidating Muslim Cemetery. her grave is located at Block 17 which was way too far near the main road.
i look up into the sky and notice that the pale blue skies began to clumped together and it seems like its gonna rain soon. oh. false alarm. hahaha. Mr. Sun is up and running. hmm. i sat on one of the four seats that were located around her grave and began to recite a few prayers silently.
as i walked away, something inside me just burst and tears of sadness fall from my eyes like the Niagara Falls. i stop for a moment and wipe away the tears. straighten myself in time before a passing van with a Malay uncle driving it stop and ask if i needed a lift. i politely accepted the offer and told him to stop me at the nearby bus stop. thanx uncle.
mum, i love you.
